A Friendly Reminder

Winter can be a grind. Icy sidewalks, salty paws, freezing fur and poopsicles hiding in every snow bank. But just when you thought that you couldn’t stand it any longer – the temperature rises slightly and spring feels like it is just around the corner.

This is just a friendly parasite reminder from Coxwell Animal Clinic that ticks are awake and biting at 4 C˚. If your pet spends time in the ravine system of East York, your pet is at risk for tick exposure. Please contact us and pick up parasite prevention in time for warmer weather. Our well-educated staff will be happy to help guide you through your animal’s tick risks and medication options.
