Client Care Representative
I graduated from the University of Toronto (many years ago) where I took all of the courses that had anything to do with animal behaviour. Animals are fascinating and a definite passion of mine. I was a client and was offered a little part-time job working as a receptionist on Saturdays. That was about 20 years ago, I think, and I still love this clinic. What I love most about my job is hearing all the stories about the different pets. They are all such individuals, with their quirks and habits - just like people. My favourite thing about the clinic is the people I work with. Over the years, I have worked with the smartest and kindest people I have ever met. I live with a turtle named Homer, who was found in a neighbour's garage in 1993. He was named after Joe Carter's winning home run., he's still a Blue Jays fan. Also, my first pet was Goldie the goldfish.

Most pet owners have had the unpleasant experience of dealing with fleas.
