My name is Mommy, although my friends call me Mom, Mama, and Mommy-Cat. I’m an older girl and I’m not afraid to show it. I firmly believe you’re only as old as you feel.
About me? I still enjoy jumping, hanging out on perches and tumbling around with my cat nip (one of my favorite things)!
My friends at Coxwell have allowed me to settle in quite comfortably, and it’s a well-known fact that I rule the roost, and I like it that way. Some would call me sassy but I’m just a strong independent woman who knows what she likes.
Generally, that doesn’t include other cat like creatures. I’m happy to get along with dogs though. One of my best friends is Eden. She’s a toddler, and loves to feed me and share her bed with me for those late night snuggles.
Things could be worse for a girl like me. I meet great people on a daily basis who love my company. You could call me the Coxwell greeter, and I’m always around and happy to say hi. But my real dream? I’d love to settle into a nice home where I can retire with the people I love.
The doctors told me I have something called diabetes. It’s an endocrine disorder which requires twice daily injections and a special diet which I always eat willingly. Although manageable, I will never be cured. But that doesn’t stop me from being my happy go lucky self.
So if you’re interested in getting to know me better, I’d love to meet you! Drop by anytime and we can have a nice chat and some head butts!
